Once I get your request, I’ll reach out with a few quick follow-up questions (if needed) and send over a quote.
🔒3. Lock It In with a Deposit

When you’re ready to lock it in, I’ll send a secure Square link to pay a 50% deposit and put a refundable damage deposit on hold.

We’ll choose a convenient dock around Lake Minnetonka — usually close to where you are. I’ll send exact details and timing once it’s locked in.

Note: If you need to cancel for some reason and is under the 7 day refundable deposit, I will make every attempt to find a time for you to re-book. Life happens I get it
Day of Cruise
📍 1. Meet me at the dock ready for a great day with your favorite people, drinks and snacks

I have a large cooler with ice for keeping cold, if you want me to hold some aback in the bag to use for drinks, please let me know

I’ll send a secure Square link for the remaining 50% due before your cruise leaves dock. Easy, online, and on your schedule.

Note: If the weather’s not ideal, we can shift cruise times or reschedule. Total washout? You’ll get your deposit back. Just a passing shower? Hop in the cabin — I’ll handle the weather so you don’t have to.

Hi, I’m Todd Trettel — your Minnesota-licensed boat captain and your host for a great time on Lake Minnetonka.
I’ve been cruising this lake for years and could probably navigate it by the stars… though yes, electronics help too. From the deepest spots to the best swimming spots, I know my way around and love sharing fun facts about the lake’s history, its homes, and its hidden gems.
I’m all about reading the vibe and making sure your cruise is exactly what you want it to be. Some groups want to chat and hear about the boat and the lake. Others just need a guy to keep the cooler stocked and the empties cleared. And sometimes, I’m “part of the crew” — music, laughs, the whole thing. However you roll, I’m here for it.
Whether it’s your first time on Minnetonka or your fiftieth, I’ll make sure it’s fun, easy, and exactly the day you had in mind.
